A quiet, gated community for adults 40 and older
White River Vacation RV Resort is a membership RV park for weekly, monthly, and annual stays. The park is designed for self-contained RVs and focuses on the things extended-stay members actually need: full hookups, usable site space, storage, dependable access, and an onsite owner.
The paved road leads to the resort entrance. Roads, pads, and common driving areas inside the park are gravel.

Sites accommodate large RVs, slide-outs, tow vehicles, and normal outdoor setups.
Private site storage
Each site includes a 70-cubic-foot lockable storage unit.
Fenced site area
Semi-private fencing provides separation between individual sites.
Shared internet
Shared high-speed Wi-Fi is available in most areas.
Exterior video surveillance
Exterior common areas are monitored by video surveillance.
Gated entrance
The electric gate is operated by remote control. Each membership includes two remotes and a personal access code.
Practical information
What to expect onsite
- A dumpster is provided for household trash. Members are responsible for handling their own recyclable materials.
- There is no public restroom, shower house, or onsite laundry facility. RVs must be self-contained.
- Members may bring their own grill based on the membership agreement and current safety conditions.

The owner is onsite
The owner lives at the resort and is available 24/7 for questions and urgent issues involving park water, sewer, electrical connections, access, or grounds.
This does not include repair or maintenance of a member’s RV, vehicle, boat, or personal equipment. Local mobile RV technicians and other services are available in the surrounding area.
